Housekeeping Fee will be charged upon departure.
Security Deposit: Security deposits in the amount of ($500.00) are to be held and deferred to the next year's rental. If you choose not to return next year your refund will be returned on the following month's closing. The cancellation of any rental is subject to a sixty (60) day notice. If you cancel within thirty (30) days of arrival there will be no refund. If you cancel within sixty (60) days of arrival there will be a refund less a twenty-five ($25.00) dollar administration fee.
Arrivals: We will again alternate the January arrivals so that we do not have a large turnover on any given day. This will give us more time to "clear out" the New Year guests and make the units available for the new arrivals. We of course need to stagger arrivals and therefore cannot have every one arrive on the 4th or 5th. Please advise us of your preferred arrival date and we will try to accommodate you.
Utensils: Each unit will have the "necessary" skillets, pans, knives, and of course the standard dishes and silverware. If any items over and above the "necessary" items are required, such as cookie sheets, special spoons, etc., consideration should be given to bringing those items with you. We will try to furnish items within reason. We will try to make you as comfortable as possible in you home away from home. We hope you will make Suntide III your winter home!
LINEN FEE*: charged upon arrival on all reservations. *[2 Bedroom Unit $55.00 + Tax; 3 Bedroom Unit- $65.00 + Tax.]

DAILY LINEN, TOWEL exchanges do not apply to 30 day or longer reservations.

NO 30 DAY RENTALS during peak season. ALL 30 day rentals must be preapproved.
