Information you will want to know before you call for March Spring Break rentals...
You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for property rental at Suntide III Condominiums, in addition, all occupants must be at least 18 years of age. Valid identification will be required at the time of check-in.
Occupancy rules stirctly enforced.
2 bedroom occupancy: 6 persons. Cleaning Fee: $55.00 + tax. Wrist Band Fee: $20.00 ea/ (max 6).
3 bedroom occupancy: 8 persons. Cleaning Fee: $65.00 + tax. Wrist Band Fee: $20.00 ea. (max. 8).
To protect our beautiful property from accidental damage caused by overcrowding, posted maximum occupancy of our rooms will be strictly enforced. You will be informed of the maximum occupancy of the unit at the time of your reservation. You will also be required to sign a form promising to conform to all rules and policies upon check-in. We wish to ensure that our policies are clear before you commit to your stay at Suntide III Condominiums. If at any time the maximum allowable occupancy is exceeded, the group will be evicted and fees will not be refunded.
In addition to, and in circumstantial correction of your confirmation sheet, Suntide III does not accept payment by credit card or personal check upon arrival. However, cash, money order, cashier's check or traveler's checks will be accepted. If your reservation has been made 30 days or more in advance, a check will be accepted. If you make a reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, payment must be made in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds for Spring Break reservations. All other reservation deposits are refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival date there are no refunds for any reason. There are no refunds for early departure.
SPRING BREAK RENTALS: To complete the reservation process for a Spring Break rental or rentals for the month of March, please call the reservation desk [1-800-847-5728]. Credit cards are not accepted for payment for Spring Break/March Rentals, however a credit card will be held on file and a $500.00 authorization will be processed. A $200.00 cash credit card authorization will be required upon check in and will be cleared within 7 to 10 days (depending on your bank) after the unit has been inspected and cleaned. If any damages occur, your credit card will be charged to cover the cost. All Spring Break reservations must be paid in full 14 days before arrival. A wristband fee will also be required.
